Kids Music Activities (KMA)
Do you want your child to have exposure to the wonderful art of music? Sure you do, everyone knows the tremendous value of music in a child's life. We also know that you are concerned about the spiritual life of your child. Wouldn't it be great if we could combine both music and Christian teaching into an energy-filled 75 minutes? FOR FREE???? Look no further than FBC's own Kids Music Activities (KMA). KIDS LOVE IT!!!
All KMA groups meet from 6:00 - 7:15 on Sunday evenings throughout the school year.
Sonbeams - Age 3 thru Kindergarten
The Sonbeams Group includes three-year-olds, four-year-olds, and kindergarteners. The children are led in fun musical activities that teach spiritual and musical concepts. No other group is photographed and videoed as much as this one when they sing. Wendy Kerns directs this group.
Son Seekers - 1st & 2nd Grade
Son Seekers is the name for our 1-2 grade group. The children are taught valuable music skills and what it means to truly worship God. Connie Lytle is the director.
Kingdom Kids - 3rd thru 6th Grade
The Kingdom Kids are our third through sixth grade group. Under the capable leadership of Linda Sorenson and team, the children are taught valuable music skills and what it means to truly worship God. In addition to singing periodically at our Sunday evening services and sometimes on Sunday mornings, this ministry presents two major musicals a year along with the Son Seekers.
